High concentration pulp pump use precautions
1, frequently check and replace the filler, do not let a lot of mud wedge into the filler and water seal ring, do not let a lot of water flow into the pump, because this will greatly reduce the mud concentration, thereby reducing the transport capacity of the pump, resulting in interrupted delivery.
2, the outlet of the pump should be provided with a gate (thin slurry gate valve), and outside the gate should be provided with high pressure water connector, convenient after the equipment is closed to wash out the mud in the mud pipe.
3, during the operation of the equipment, it is not allowed to mix the block into the slurry (especially metal substances) to avoid damaging the rotor.
4, when the feed does not stop, do not close the pump outlet, otherwise it will cause equipment accidents due to high pressure.

5, the water seal pressure on both sides of the rotor should be slightly higher than the working pressure of the pump outlet to prevent mud accumulation and water seal ring damage to the journal.
