Pipeline pump maintenance is as follows:
1. Regularly check the operation of the pump, such as noise, vibration, etc. If any abnormal situation is found, the damaged parts should be investigated, maintained and replaced in time.
2. Check water leakage. If water leakage is found, it should be checked in time and replaced with seals or assembled.
3. Check whether there is foreign matter or dirt around the pump to ensure that the appearance looks very clean glass.
4. Complete disassembly inspection and assembly of the pump every year. Clean parts, reassemble and install pump to original starting position.
5. Replace the damaged mechanical seal. Regular replacement of the mechanical seal is very necessary to effectively increase the life between the pumps.
